The project

Tech Lead on the Hotshi app (iOS & Android): implemented Clean Architecture across the entire codebase with a team of 3 developers, led code reviews, architecture decisions, and team organization, onboarded and mentored developers, and contributed to hiring and product decisions.

Getting the whole mobile team to adopt a shared architecture and solid engineering practices.
