The project
School guidance app for students in Togo, driven by AI and validated by counsellors. Report cards are read directly on the phone with Google ML Kit, offline. Multi-provider AI: Groq (Llama 3.3 70B) as primary, self-hosted Ollama on a VPS (Qwen2.5, Qwen2.5-VL) as fallback, Claude as an option.
Challenges
Keeping data anonymised and staying within AI provider quotas with a request queue.
